Regeneration Outreach is a caring community that continually strives to provide dignity for those in need, as an expression of Christian love in action. We work to restore hope, purpose, and dignity to the homeless and vulnerable.

Since 1999 we have offered a compassionate response to the needs we encounter. What was once a 4-day-a- week breakfast program is now a 365-day-a-year engine of service in Brampton. We are known for our strong commitment to personal service to the individuals we meet, and our collaborative spirit, with numerous service partnerships and broad collaborations.

Regeneration Centre - a downtown outreach hub caring for guests who are homeless, precariously housed, or living in extreme poverty. Many guests also face challenges from addictions or untreated mental health needs, and the effect of long-term deprivation. 

Essential Care  - 43,000 + meals annually plus clothing, showers, laundry, etc. 

Community Care - skills development, I.D recovery clinics, social events and integration, access to phone and internet etc. and connections to other services 

Health & Wellness - connection to health care professionals for direct service,  assessments, referrals and emergency interventions; provide personal health care supplies.

Spiritual Care –from intensive one-on-one support and groups to spiritual coaching and palliative care  

Regeneration Marketplace - launched in the early days of the pandemic when food emerged as a crisis for hundreds of Brampton families. The Marketplace has grown rapidly as the community recognized the need and saw the opportunity for a meaningful and sustained response. 

• Regeneration is collaborating with a growing roster of more than 30 community organizations and 36 corporate and institutional food donors. 
• Currently serving an average of 1000 households weekly. 

• Regeneration rescued over one million pounds of food from the landfill in 2023, allowing us to distribute over three million dollars worth of food to those in need.
