Are you ready to spread your wings and make a difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ newcomers? Then get ready to attend the 1st Annual Butterfly Ball, presented by the Foundation of Hope!
This spectacular charity event is dedicated to raising funds for education awards and scholarships for LGBTQ+ newcomers to attend Langara College. But that's not all – until May 31st, Langara College is matching all funds raised, so your donation will go twice as far!
The Butterfly Ball promises to be a night to remember, with an incredible line-up of entertainment that includes music, comedy, drag performers, and fundraising. With Barb Snelgrove as your host, Kerry O’Donovan on the piano, and the hilarious Eden Kaminski as the comedian, you'll be laughing, dancing, and having a great time all night long.
But that's not all – the performers are going to be out of this world! You won't want to miss the sensational Mina Mercury, the fabulous Whore-ia Esefan, or the amazing Yogi Omar, who will captivate you with their singing and storytelling.
So come join us at the Butterfly Ball and help make a difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ newcomers. Let's spread our wings and fly together!

Our 1st Annual Butterfly Ball will be starting at 7:30pm. We will be providing light snacks. Come dressed in your most colourful attire.
