The PVCA Animal Rescue Society is a Canadian registered Charity incorporated in 2013. We facilitate the adoption of rescue dogs into loving forever homes throughout Canada. The PVCA is a network of volunteers, transporters and foster homes whose mission is to help fund and promote the sterilization, adoption and healthcare for companion animals with the goal of eliminating the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable animals. We are not supported by any governments. Our devotion is to their physical and emotional well being because we believe that compassion knows no boundaries!
