About the Pride Centre of Edmonton

The Pride Centre of Edmonton provides a non-judgmental, welcoming space where people of all attractions, identities, and expressions can be themselves, find support, meet new people, and be part of a caring community. Under our roof is a safe space that welcomes every individual who walks through the doors.

We offer resources, community education, counselling, and a whole host of activities. One of the important roles we play in community is providing sensitive and expert information and referrals for those seeking help.

We also organize programs such as support groups, social events, and educational seminars to help improve the social, mental, and physical health of our community.

More than 1,000 people come through the doors of the Pride Centre every month. We have over 20 active weekly and monthly community-aimed programs operating on a drop-in basis. The Centre also presents annual events Edmonton’s Drop-In Single Session Counselling initiative, Edmonton’s Suicide Prevention Strategy, Rainbow Youth Alliance of Edmonton, and The Wellness Network.
