Back in 2010, during the birth of Markus, I had developed HELLP Syndrome, a life threatening pregnancy complication that put Markus' and my life in danger. Luckily, Markus was born full term and healthy. Unfortunately, after his birth my health still declined and I nearly lost my life. Due to an amazing team of doctors and nurses I am able to be here today to spread awareness of this pregnancy complication and raise much needed funds for research to help find a cause and a cure!
I feel so grateful to be alive knowing that this pregnancy condition takes the lives of 25% of all women affected by it and many more babies. Your support is needed to help change this outcome for future generations! Please donate, every dollar HELLPS!
