Our team name "Heart & Sole", was inspired by a song with the same title (different spelling). You might know it as sung by Huey Lewis and The News, more recently by Eric Church, or played as a classic piano duet by learners of all ages. As a music therapist I continue to see the barriers that exist in access to mental health care. That is why I am passionate about participating in initiatives that support mental health.
