In consideration of my participation in the SOLE PURPOSE WALK-A-THON, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in SOLE PURPOSE WALK-A-THON involves physical activity, which carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, trips, falls, dehydration, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation in this event. Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, release and hold harmless the SOLE PURPOSE WALK-A-THON organizing team and Pickering Pentecostal Church, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event. Medical Consent: I authorize the SOLE PURPOSE WALK-A-THON organizing team and Pickering Pentecostal Church to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I accept full responsibility for any medical costs incurred. Photo/Video Release: I grant the SOLE PURPOSE WALK-A-THON organizing team and Pickering Pentecostal Church permission to use photographs or videos of me taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation. Acknowledgement of Rules: I agree to follow the rules and instructions provided by the event organizers.
