Focus of Activities:

- The resources of the Pembina Trails School Division Educational Support Fund are focused on supporting students in a wide range of academic, athletic and artistic experiences which would include as examples: Shad Valley, Forum of Young Canadians, Terry Fox Centre and many more.

- Students may apply to access this support directly and school groups and teams may apply to access this support on behalf of the group or team.

School Based Fundraising:

- Division schools undertake public fundraising activities to pay for various projects at their schools. Schools and the Pembina Trails School Division Educational Support Fund work together where projects qualify as charitable projects. The Pembina Trails School Division Educational Support Fund acts as stewards of the fundraising proceeds, issues tax receipts to contributors and disburses the monies raised towards realizing the projects.

The Pembina Trails School Division Educational Support Fund works in cooperation with community groups to provide scholarships to students and also, in conjunction with schools to improve the educational facilities, classroom equipment and educational programs for students.

- The names of those contributing $100 or more to the Pembina Trails School Division Educational Support Fund will be honoured by having their names included on the Pembina Trails School Division Educational Support Fund Donor Board in the Administration Office.
