Pathways is a not-for-profit organization that provides services to adults and youth with developmental disabilities. The society is governed by a volunteer board of directors with ten members currently serving. The society has been providing services in Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country since 1953. Our mission is “to assist people with disabilities to reach their individual goals and contribute as equal members of community”.  Our vision is of “welcome…building communities that support and value the diverse-abilities of all people”. Our mandate is "to promote, organize and support the development and interests of all people with disabilities in a manner consistent with the Mission Statement, bearing in mind always, the strengths of the individual. We currently support over 150 people in Activity Services, Integrated Career Opportunities (employment), Residential and Home Share, Social Ventures (employment) and Individualized Funding.
