Affordable Housing Development – 1337-1339 King Street West
A Notice to Our Supporters!
The lack of affordable housing in Parkdale remains a serious problem affecting the lives of community members. Parkdale United Church Foundation (PUCF) has put forth a proposal to the City of Toronto to redevelop its properties located at 1337 and 1339 King Street West.
The objective of this proposal is to add 92 new affordable housing units in a 10-storey building. The tower will be a complement to the existing housing portfolio that PUCF has already managed successfully for over 40 years at 1335 King Street West.
