I'm thrilled to again ride in The Humber Ride4RealFood! The Humber Ride4RealFood is an annual fundraiser for the Co-op Cred Prorgram . The Co-op Cred Program is a food system built on the idea of building communities. It is rooted in co-operation between community partners, organizations and participants, members of the greater community and the overall program. This collaborative initiative allows the community to support each other and work together while allowing participants have an active voice in its development and promotion. 

Each year the program gets more participants and more community involvement. The ride is a major funding component so if you can chip in please do!
