Overview

Weekly 30-minute Zoom yoga classes to kick start the month of June and start the summer off right!

We are thrilled to announce a partnership with Elycia from the Balanced Approach! She has graciously volunteered to teach 30-minute Yoga Vinyasa classes. Not to worry – these classes are great for all age groups and abilities. Elycia’s classes are a perfect way to fit a little bit of wellness into each week, and can be done over Zoom (without the camera) from the comfort of your own home! Classes do not require any special equipment or prior Yoga knowledge. We recommend comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or towel, and some water.

About This Charity

National Capital Area Crime Stoppers is a community-based partnership made up of dedicated volunteers, police and media working together to provide a safer place to live, work and play. Community awareness and engagement are our priorities. Crime Stoppers is a registered, non-profit charitable organization that assists law enforcement agencies in the resolution of crime. We provide members of our community the opportunity to submit an anonymous tip with information regarding a crime. In return, cash rewards of up to $2000 are awarded for qualified tips that help police solve a crime. Crime Stoppers relies solely on donations and contributions from our private citizens and local businesses. No funds are received from any government agency, nor are any municipal tax dollars used for rewards.
