After the AOC Winnipeg Summit opening reception, come back to the Fort Garry hotel, enjoy a FREE glass of wine and snacks courtesy of Opera 5, and watch Season 1 of our web-series Threepenny Submarine!!
Threepenny Submarine follows junior officers in the Trifecta Fleet, Iona and Lydian, as they explore the deep sea in Threepenny Submarine near the mysterious Salieri sector. After a scare, they accidentally come across a strange sea creature who seems to sound like a flute and their adventure begins.
The series combines the magical world of puppetry and animation, augmented by the stupendous sound world of the operatic tradition. It is a co-production between Opera 5 and Gazelle Automations.
