Hi friends, I have done this run in the past to raise money for MCC programme. It has gone sort of virtual this year.And this year it is more important than ever as the annual Relief Sale in New Hamburg had to be canceled. This represents a loss of income to programme of around $300,000. And this is only one of many such sales across Canada and the US. MCC has started closing some of its programmes around the world. The money is seriously needed.

I am planning to do an actual 5K run, not a virtual run. And I plan to do it on Wednesday, my 65th birthday. I hope you can support me and the cause. Any contribution you can make would be great birthday gift.
