Our Mission
Our mission is to transform the lives of students in the Eastern Caribbean through literacy. For individuals, families and communities in small nations like St. Lucia, Grenada, Montserrat and St. Kitts & Nevis, literacy is an instrument of empowerment. Literacy improve one's health, income and relationship with the world. With words, you can do good.
About One World Schoolhouse Foundation
We do two things. We organize book drives in Ontario schools so students can understand and make meaningful change that benefits their peers in the developing world. And in the Caribbean, we run the "Rainforest of Reading" Book Festival to support and sustain the impact of book donations. Since 2012, over 60,000 students have participated.
