Youth Skills Opportunity Fund will allow yearly tuition assistance to support youth (14-29) to attend Off the Wall backstage theatre production workshops in Stratford Ontario. Off the Wall Stratford Artists Alliance engages North America's finest backstage artists to instruct and inspire learners to build, weld and decorate sets, make props, masks, wigs and more. Intensive and hands-on learning opportunities are conducted in a working studio in small groups of 4-10 students with skilled theatre artists.
