The Nourri-Source Federation encompasses local Nourri-Source groups, such as Nourri-Source Laval, whose primary goal is to support breastfeeding.  Close to 65 experienced volunteer support mothers choose to imply themselves with the organisation to help favour and support breastfeeding. Its network stands-out and has distinguished itself from other similar groups through the great flexibility the volunteers exhibit with the mothers during interventions.

Nourri-Source aims to help mothers improve their assurance in breastfeeding a greater autonomy by supporting them and encouraging them in their roles as well as their breastfeeding experience.  This support is done with respect to each woman, their physical and environmental limits and in harmony with their personal values.  Nourri-Source’s ultimate goal is to help break the isolation experienced in the perinatal period so that the breastfeeding experience can be positive for all mothers who choose such a beautiful, healthy and natural gesture.
