At North Central Family Centre (NCFC), we believe in the power of community, opportunity, and resilience. For over 20 years, NCFC has been a pillar of support in Regina’s North Central neighborhood, providing children, youth, and families with the resources, mentorship, and programs they need to thrive.

More than just a community centre, NCFC is a place of belonging, where individuals find stability, encouragement, and hope. Through structured programs and vital services, we empower young people, strengthen families, and build a brighter future for our community.

What We Do

✔ After-School Programming – A safe, welcoming space for children and youth to access arts, sports, music, problem-solving opportunities, cultural teachings, and mentorship. Participants enjoy nutritious meals and transportation support to ensure access.

✔ Family & Community Support – Providing food, clothing, hygiene products, household items, diapers, and formula to families in need. Above all, NCFC is a place where individuals can find compassionate support, advocacy, and resources to build stability.

✔ Empowerment & Life Skills – Youth gain access to resume building, leadership development, employment skills, and mentorship opportunities, helping them prepare for long-term success.

✔ Cultural & Community Connection – We celebrate and embrace the Indigenous roots and diversity of North Central, offering Elder-led teachings, traditional practices, and cultural events to strengthen identity and pride.

All of NCFC’s programs and services are provided free of charge, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

Hopes & Dreams Campaign: Building a Stronger Future

NCFC is growing, and with the Hopes & Dreams Campaign, we are expanding our impact through three transformative projects:

Orange Buffalo Lodge – A 30-unit supportive housing complex providing dignity, safety, and stability for individuals and families facing housing insecurity.

The Hub – A 6,000-square-foot community space designed for healing, connection, and empowerment, featuring a community kitchen, laundry facilities, and multi-purpose rooms for life-skills training, cultural programming, and wellness services.

Expanded Youth & Family Centre – A revitalized space dedicated to child, youth, and family programming, ensuring continued access to after-school programs, cultural teachings, leadership development, and mentorship.

Through Hopes & Dreams, NCFC is **breaking barriers,
