The youth in South Africa face a myriad of challenges that hinder their growth and development. High rate of unemployment, various forms of poverty, education inequality, lack of access to mentorship programs, are some of these challenges.

The vision of the Br. Stephen Frommelt Youth Development Centre is to empower youth with practical skills and knowledge to be self-reliant and participate meaningfully in the mainstream economy, in both the urban and rural areas. The core activities of the project include: Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Leadership and Development, Computer and Life skills, Career Choice and Guidance, as well as Counselling.
