Magellan Community Foundation(MCF) is a registered charity supported by private donors, to assist Magellan Community Charities(MCC) build and operate a senior long-term care and assisted living facility, offering culturally sensitive care to aging members of Portuguese-Canadian communities.  MCC will enable seniors to better access high-quality care and lead happy and healthy lives. The centre will provide a continuum of support which includes assisting with personal care needs, housekeeping, meal preparation, nursing, shopping assistance, transportation services and day programs.  MCC will be located in the heart of the Portuguese community at 640 Lansdowne Avenue near the subway station.
