In partnership with the Lawfare Project USA, the mission of the Lincoln Centre for Human Rights Research is to provide pro bono legal services to protect the civil and human rights of Jewish people worldwide.

Our mission:

1. To advance education by:

a. conducting research, compiling data, and disseminating information; and

b. delivering educational programs, training, and materials on topics such as democracy, discrimination, and human rights and freedoms.

2. To uphold human rights and to uphold the administration and enforcement of human rights and freedoms embodied in Canadian law and in international conventions and proclamations to which Canada has subscribed, by:

a. alerting the appropriate authorities of probable contraventions of human rights and freedoms;

b. providing pro bono or reduced-cost legal advice and representation to victims of hate speech and other types of human rights abuse; with a focus on protecting Jewish individuals and communities.

3. To fight antisemitism in Canada and other countries
