Our Mission

Undercurrent Youth Centres exist to inspire hope into the lives of thousands of children and youth in Cape Breton. We want to give every child every opportunity to succeed. We are investing in this generation in big ways to break the cycle of poverty and addiction that has become the norm in Cape Breton.

Our Dream is that, ‘Every Child and Youth in Cape Breton, will have Every Opportunity‘ to live in freedom from poverty, addiction, and hoplessness so they can reach their full potential.

Lighthouse exists to serve the communities in Cape Breton. It is a living faith community which provides spiritual direction, opportunities to serve our communities and the poor of the world, and to create more ministries like itself in Cape Breton.
