Our Mission
A non-profit organization, Les Impatients offers to people with mental health issues the opportunity to express themselves through art. The organization is unique in Quebec, as much for the welcome it offers to people with mental health problems, as for the central role played by art for our members and the relations created among its participants and the community.
About Les Impatients
Les Impatients provides over 80 art and music workshops at nineteen different venues in Montreal and regions. They help over 850 persons by week. In downtown Montréal, where it has its offices, the Foundation exhibits the works of Les Impatients and also offers a wide range of programs to the general public. The exhibition centre annually attracts some 5,000 visitors.
