I don't remember the very first time I got to go to a hockey game with my dad - because I was a pretty lucky kid, and we went to a bunch of games. All those amazing experiences are jumbled up into a general recollection of joy.
But not every kid is that lucky.
Kids Up Front believes that every child deserves to have access to opportunities for special events, but recognizes the barriers - poverty, illness, special needs - and works to overcome them. To date, they've given out over half a million tickets for sports, the arts, and concerts that were worth $18 million in cash, but priceless in the hands of kids and their families.
This year, I will be participating in Stranded: Water Valley, in support of this wonderful cause, and I humbly ask for your donation. Together, we can help Kids Up Front with their incredible mission, and make sure every kid has a chance to make a memory to last a lifetime.
