Our youth need a Social Worker and you can help. 

We are thrilled to share that for the second year in a row the Bulmash-Siegal Foundation has generously agreed to make a matching donation to JFCY -  increasing their pledge for this year to $35,000.00!

The purpose of the Bulmash-Siegal Foundation matching campaign is to raise funds to keep our client support work services available to our clients.

Beginning with the generous contributions from David Chernos and Leslie Bruce and as a result of further support from the Bulmash-Siegal Foundation and the Aubrey and Marla Dann Foundation, JFCY’s Client Support Worker, Alisha Riley started with us in the spring of this year and is now fully integrated into the clinic.

Alisha has been providing particularly vulnerable clients assistance in moments of crisis, connecting and referring them to mental health supports, income supports, and other community based services. JFCY’s fundraising efforts this year will ensure Alisha can continue to support our clients, while also freeing up our lawyers’ time to continue to provide valuable legal services to children and youth.
