Joshua Creek Church’s main focus is individual wellness and loving relationships! We’re working toward a world with racial equality and justice, more equitable community wealth sharing and climate-friendly practises.  We are integrating spiritual, psychological, physical and social dimensions all of which contribute to wellness.

Our Vision:

Because loneliness and isolation are at the heart of many of our problems in society today - our vision is to create diverse and inclusive spaces where people can connect, learn and collaborate for personal and community wellness. 

The large project we are creating is ‘Heart Comonos’ - a community cultural hub.  We are seeking to collaborate with organizations that provide expertise in the areas of children’s and youth programming, art, music, dance, theatre, neighbourhood social innovation, affordable housing, health and wellness.  

The kinds of activities we anticipate offering are:

• youth drop-in centre
• art exhibits
• concerts
• yoga
• conversations about spirituality
• workshops
• webinars
• classes
• courses
• lecture series
• book readings
• interviews
• panel discussions
• debates
• mentorships
• community round table discussions  

…..all in the welcoming atmosphere of a cafe offering healthy and delicious fair trade food choices!
