Since 1988, we’ve been at the forefront of supporting marginalized communities—such as sex workers, 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, men who have sex with men, and other vulnerable groups—by providing harm-reducing services focused on STBBI prevention and overdose prevention.

Our work is essential in reducing health risks, preventing fatal overdoses, raising awareness about STBBIs, and promoting healthier habits.

Through our kiosks, workshops, STBBI testing clinics, drug checking services, community partnerships, and access to free prevention and harm reduction supplies, we aim to reduce stigma, increase access to critical care, and address the urgent rise in overdoses and STBBIs within the population. Our efforts are crucial in protecting the health and safety of our community, ensuring that no one is left behind.
