Since 1988, we’ve been dedicated to supporting marginalized and often stigmatized communities—such as sex workers, 2SLGBTQ+ folks, men who have sex with other men, substance users and other vulnerable groups by providing harm-reducing services focused on STBBIs (sexually transmitted and bloondborne infections) prevention and overdose prevention.

Our work is critical in reducing health risks, preventing fatal overdoses, raising awareness about STBBIs, and promoting healthier habits and safer choices.

Through our network of outreach programs—including kiosks, educational workshops, STBBI testing clinics, drug checking services, and access to free harm reduction supplies—we’re able to meet people where they are. We work tirelessly to reduce stigma, expand access to life-saving resources, and address the growing public health crises of overdose deaths and rising STBBI rates.
