Based in Nunavut, Ilitaqsiniq is well known and respected for the design and delivery of our unique programming customized for Nunavummiut and workplaces operating in the Arctic. 

Our purpose is to reconnect Inuit to the traditions and knowledge of our culture while looking towards the future. Language, literacy and essential skills are key elements embedded into the fabric of our programs. We also strive to create safe spaces where healing and learning go hand in hand and where connections and relationships to each other, our culture and the land are rejuvenated. 

 Inspired by Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit (Inuit Traditional Knowledge), Ilitaqsiniq offers programs focused on Pathways for Inuit Empowerment,  Early Learning & Engaged Caregiving, On-The-Land Programs, Food & Harvesting Programs, Sewing & Cultural Industries and Work Readiness, Employment & Economic Development.
