Our Mission
The Bridge Hospice offers a tranquil, intimate setting where people nearing end of life and their families receive exceptional care, guidance and support from professional care providers and compassionate volunteers.
About THE BRIDGE HOSPICE
The Bridge Hospice, located in the village of Warkworth Ontario, was conceived by people with a shared dream of making life better for the dying. The hospice accommodates up to three residents, in a comfortable home-like setting. Professional healthcare staff are onsite 24/7, and our compassionate volunteers welcome and support loved ones.
