About Synergy Foundation

A community-based foundation run and operated by volunteers, created to blend art with social responsibility. JSR builds collaborative partnerships with local Vancouver charities to support integrated and cooperrative programming while raising much needed money to sustain community services. We do this by showcasing prominent West Coast artisans, marring music, dance, film, spoken word, art, food, and comradeship to celebrate the spirit of culture while strengthening the fabric of community. Since its’ inception in July 1998, JSR has showcased over 400 artists, raised $180, 250 for 50 Vancouver charities, and entertained over 14,500 people.
