North Fraser Therapeutic Riding Association (NFTRA) is a non-profit charitable organization enriching the lives of children and adults who experience physical, mental, emotional or social challenges by providing safe and professional therapeutic equine programming.
About NORTH FRASER THERAPEUTIC RIDING ASSOCIATION
NFTRA has been providing therapeutic riding in Maple Ridge for over 40 years. We service communities north of the Fraser River from West Vancouver to Mission. With over 90 riders aged 3 to 73 receiving weekly therapeutic riding lessons year round, we rely heavily on over 100 volunteers per week to successfully run our therapeutic program.
