Our mission has always been to provide job search skills and knowledge, support and resources to help people suffering from involuntary job loss re-enter the labor market. Our services are provided free of charge to those who meet the required criteria.
Our philosophy and approach centers on empowering job seekers to navigate through the phases of the work search process. We provide knowledge and skills of the process, the tools and the resources.
About La Passerelle - Career Transition Center
La Passerelle is a non-profit career transition center based in the heart of Montreal’s downtown core. Our organization was created over fourteen years ago to provide support to English speaking middle management impacted by the mass downsizing at that time.
We work in partnership with Emploi Québec to provide employment services to experienced English speaking professionals. Our programs are targeted specifically to the needs of 40+ individuals.
