The Canadian Mental Health Association – Wood Buffalo Region (CMHA) is an organization that has been operating in Fort McMurray since 1984. As part of Canada’s oldest voluntary organization (est. 1918) we provide the residents of our region with mental health programs and services responsive to local needs. Our mission is to promote the mental health of all and support people experiencing mental illness. Our mandate is to educate our community on mental health issues and how to keep a mentally healthy mind.
