Crime Stoppers is a partnership of the Public, Media and Police which provides the community with a proactive program to anonymously assist in solving crime and contributing to safer communities.

ABOUT Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce Inc.

Started in 1987, Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce Inc. is a community, media and police co-operative program designed to involve the public in the fight against crime.

Crime Stoppers provides citizens with a way to anonymously provide law enforcement with information about unsolved crimes.

Crime Stoppers provides cash rewards for information that leads to an arrest, the recovery of stolen property, or the seizure of illegal drugs.  Since our inception in Grey Bruce alone Crime Stoppers has helped remove over $49.3 Million worth of drugs from our streets and recovered almost $4 Million in stolen property.

Crime Stoppers is administered by a volunteer board of directors and is a registered charity supported through donations of money and/or goods and services.  Donations are used to cover the costs of the rewards, administration, and the on-going promotion of the program.  We are also seeking volunteers to help with our program.
