Rebound is a leader in the field of prevention and early intervention services for youth.  Our holistic approach to skill development includes life skills facilitation, education and cognitive skills training, combined with expressive arts, yoga and relaxation techniques.  Our programs allow youth to practice new coping strategies that fit with real life. We offer variety of programs and services designed to support youth.  From individual support to 10-week group programs to afterschool drop in sessions, youth can always expect to find a safe, caring and accepting space when they come to Rebound.

Rebound exists because of dedicated, youth focused volunteers who support our programs and services on many levels- from frontline coaching to building maintenance; we rely on volunteers to help youth succeed.

Since 1984, Sarnia-Lambton Rebound has successfully served over 40,000 young people from across Lambton County in our effective community-based programs for youth. Leaders in life skills facilitation, education, and cognitive skill development programs have played an integral role in the development of each of our programs.
