Central Vancouver Island Multicultural Society (CVIMS) is a non-profit organization located on the Traditional Territories of Snuneymuxw and Snaw-Naw-As First Nations, what is known now as Nanaimo, British Columbia. Established in 1979, CVIMS provides services to newcomers and refugees through settlement, employment and English language support.
As a community-based, client-driven agency, CVIMS is committed to being accessible and responsive to our diverse community.
Donations made to CVIMS will go towards essential programs and services that provide much needed support to newcomers in Nanaimo and the surrounding areas.
