Carebridge is a non-profit agency that fosters caring, strong and inclusive communities across Lanark County, Ontario. We contribute to the development of a person-centred vibrant community by developing and providing services that help the community’s most vulnerable feel welcome, supported, engaged and connected to others.
Almost 50 years ago, we came together to build affordable housing for low-income families in our community. Over the years, the trust and respect we have earned have enabled us to increase the number of communities we support and expand the scope of services we offer.
