There are thousands of men over the age 50 in shelters in Toronto annually. Hundreds more sleep outdoors and in precarious accommodations. The number of seniors who are homeless has doubled in four years.
Haven Toronto is their sanctuary, a place where they can feel at home, where they are always welcome and treated with dignity and respect.
Open 8am to 5pm, 365 days a year, Haven Toronto provides the essential services they need for their day-to-day lives.
Haven Toronto provides onsite access to crisis and housing counsellors, on-site nurses, dental hygienists and barbers.
Haven Toronto also provides healthy meals 3 times daily at 8am, noon and 3pm, clothing, showers, laundry, recreational amenities and more.
