About UNITED WAY EAST ONTARIO
United Way East Ontario works in the communities of Prescott-Russell, Ottawa, Lanark County, and Renfrew County to break down barriers, improve lives, and create opportunities for the people who need us most.
But we don’t do it alone. The challenges we tackle demand collaboration. We work with frontline agencies, government, and local partners to identify and address the most pressing needs. We research, convene, advocate, fundraise, and invest to create the greatest impact.
The social challenges that were amplified by COVID-19 have not gone away, and many people are still struggling. Vulnerable people in your community still need us—and you.
You can help us tackle the tough problems. Your support will:
- Increase programming to support early learning, as well as after-school programs and activities, for vulnerable children and youth.
- Provide job training and mentorship for Indigenous peoples, vulnerable women, youth, newcomers, and people with disabilities.
- Help isolated seniors stay connected with remote and in-person programs, and caregiver supports.
Together, we can continue delivering the critical services people need, and take the lessons of the pandemic with us to build a more equitable future.
Please give to United Way today and make your community stronger, healthier, safer for everyone.
