HEART Rescue is based in South-Central BC, and dedicated to removing unwanted or neglected dogs from remote Canadian communities and finding them loving homes. We work with several frontline rescue organizations to move dogs from as far away as the Northwest Territory (SPCA) to foster homes in the East and West Kootenays. We also volunteer at Spay/Neuter events throughout Alberta with CATF.
