Dare to be Youth Charity (DTBY) is a movement dedicated to empowering high school students and young people (14-24) in the Halton/Hamilton region and beyond. We believe in the power of community as a key component of thriving and wellness, and we aim to connect youth, facilitate opportunities for dialogue, and help them build skills to truly thrive.
DTBY is driven by the belief that by investing in the potential of youth today, we are shaping a brighter, more inclusive, and resilient future for tomorrow's leaders. We stand firmly behind the notion that unity within our communities is the cornerstone of collective growth and well-being.
Rooted in our 'ME, WE, COMMUNITY' philosophy, our programs are a transformative blend of peer support, mentorship, and skill-building that addresses the intricate web of emotional and financial well-being. Our programs embody the belief that community is key to thriving. Actively fostering growth, building life skills, and connecting young people with their communities, they create a sense of belonging and unity, contributing to safer neighborhoods.
