Founded in 2010, the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms defends the freedoms of all Canadians through litigation and education. Our vision is a free society where governments uphold human dignity by respecting fundamental rights and freedoms, and where Canadians can realize their potential and fulfil their aspirations.
A national registered charity, the Justice Centre defends Canadians against violations of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, including violations of the protected freedoms of religion and conscience, expression, peaceful assembly, and association.
Through high school courses, podcasts, columns, and contests, the Justice Centre educates the next generation of Canadians about the value of freedom and how they can protect it from state interference.
