Welcome to Halifax & Region MFRC
Military Families are the strength behind the uniform and the Halifax & Region Military Family Resource Centre (Halifax & Region MFRC) is proud to be a part of a strong military family community. The Halifax & Region MFRC is a not-for profit, charitable organization, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of a minimum of 51 per cent military family members. The mission of the Halifax & Region MFRC is to promote the health and social well-being of individuals, families and communities who share the unique experience of military life.
The Halifax & Region MFRC serves military families in the Halifax Regional Municipality, Shearwater, Central and Northern Nova Scotia and Cape Breton, with service sites in Halifax, Shearwater and Sydney, Cape Breton.
