Hospice Toronto enables access to appropriate care and support for those with serious illness and their caregivers when they need it, where they need it, and whoever they are. We achieve this through our culture of caring and discovery that is fueled by passionate, dedicated volunteers, imaginative partnerships and a focus on research and innovation.
About HOSPICE TORONTO
Started in 1988, Hospice Toronto is Toronto’s first not for profit, community- and volunteer-based, home hospice palliative care program.
By providing and advancing compassionate care and leadership in the volunteer-based, home hospice community, Hospice Toronto is committed to supporting people living with serious illness or at end-of-life, and their caregivers and loved ones, at no charge.
We provide community support through our In-Home, Bereavement and Children's Support Programs; Expressive Arts Therapy; Young Carers Program; and Advocacy & Consultation.
