This meaningful event is both a vital fundraiser and a heartfelt memorial walk, bringing together families, friends, and community members to honor the memory of loved ones while raising funds to support compassionate end-of-life care and grief support programs at Hospice Simcoe. Participants can enjoy a beautiful walk through the park, connect with others who have shared similar experiences, and celebrate the impact of hospice care in our community. Whether you’re hiking in memory of someone special or to support hospice services, every step makes a difference.
