If you are able, please donate to our "Hike" as we walk in memory of our loved ones. It's a virtual event this year so we plan to walk with our Toy Poodle, Prada, and stroll on our favourite route in Bayport Village.
Hospice Huronia has a hospice home called Tomkins House which provides end-of-life care for residents in North Simcoe and bereavement support to community members who are dealing with loss. Compassionate staff and volunteers take extra steps to ensure the residents and their families are comfortable and at ease - baking, cooking favourite meals and giving of their time.
Tomkins House is a special place with 50% of their expenses funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care with the rest coming from generous donors like you.
