Our promise: to journey with our patients and clients through end-of-life and grief, for as long as they need us.

What we offer:

Children’s Grief Centre: We provide programs and services that guide grieving children, teens, and families when someone important to the child or teen is facing an advanced illness or has died (including sudden or accidental deaths).
Living with Advanced Illness Centre: We offer individual and group support for those living with advanced illness and their families.
Rosedale Hospice: Located in the quiet NW neighbourhood of Rosedale, we provide 24-hour end-of-life care for adults diagnosed with cancer and support to their families.
Education: We offer presentations and accredited workshops, providing the opportunity to have hard conversations about grief, loss and death in a supportive and informative environment. We can deliver these talks to groups and schools, customizing the content, location and format to the audience.
Resources: We develop and recommend age-appropriate information, tools and resources for children, teens, families and individuals on the topics of grief, death, caregiving, advanced illness and much more. Our resources are also available to support volunteers, professionals and community advocates in their day-to-day work.
