HomeSpace provides safe, appropriate and affordable housing for the most vulnerable Calgarians. HomeSpace is a charitable real estate developer, rental housing owner and property manager with a portfolio of 847 units of housing across 33 properties throughout Calgary. We work with several social-serving agencies who provide supports to the residents in our buildings. We have opened eleven new buildings in the past five years and currently have two more in various stages of development. We are committed to developing more permanent and affordable housing to address the supply crisis in our city.
