Our Mission

Home Horizon is a registered charitable organization that transforms the lives of youth at risk of homelessness by providing them with the opportunity to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential.  Home Horizon has been serving the needs of homeless women children and youth since 2006.  In July 2017, Home Horizon opened the Barbara Weider House dedicated to youth aged 16-24 facing homelessness.  In addition to providing a safe, stable and affordable housing, we provide health and life skills education, mentorship and individualized support plans for local, at-risk youth that helps them to set realistic goals and teaches them skills that last a lifetime.
