Are you in need of Affordable Counselling Services & Mental Health Support?
Life With A Baby is happy to have therapists completing their practicums with our organization and offering counselling support to those Life with A Baby Members and their families in need

This service is open to everyone
Our counselling/psychotherapy services are ideal for:
- mild/moderate PPD support
- maternal mental health support
- postpartum stress & anxiety concerns
- baby blues
- transitioning new parent concerns
- family & couples counselling
- divorce & separation counselling
- pregnancy loss support
- individual counselling (stress, anxiety, depression)
- parenting psychoeducation
- autism & ADHD psychoeducation and support (for parents)
Exclusions:
- no severe PMAD support
- no major trauma
- no children sessions. Must be over the age of 18 to receive support.

- Our counselling services are FREE of charge to all families in need and Pay What You CAN
Details
Format:
- Services are being offered mostly ONLINE via a secure Jane App
- Some satellite in person days for in person counselling support will be offered, based on interest. S
- LWAB will also be running our HOPE groups regularly for mothers with mild/moderate PPD. Please indicate if you are interested in a 6 week new mom support group for mothers experiencing mild/moderate PPD, postpartum stress and/or anxiety.
